2006 Season
We have had very good turnout this year at practice and a variety of new faces will be suiting up for the Diesels this season. We are still interested in working out players if there is interest in joining the squad. We are still looking for another kicker currently, as well as players at EVERY position on the field. We have added a new linebacker coach and promoted another to defensive backs/special teams.
An organized June scrimmage with the Patriots, West Michigan Force, and Macomb Strength is also on the horizon. The season is fast approaching and we are getting ready to defend our Great Lakes Eastern Conference Championship with hopes of returning to the NAFL national playoff structure. Our travel plans for Racine are nearly finalized and we continue to work on improvement at all levels

.April Practice Dates are as follows: Tuesday- April 18th and April 25th/ Thursday April 20th and April 27th. 7:00 -9:00 pm behind the taylor sportsplex. bring cleats and sweats/ shorts. We will not be in full pads until May. You can wear your helmet if you choose. Attandance will be taken, as always. PLEASE call me if you are going to be absent. Some new players who could not make the combines or meetings have contacted us. If you have guys interested in our team, simply have them call me. We have much to do so please be on time and come willing to work. It is time! 2006 starts and we are ready to work.
